In the latest police log from Wednesday, June 10, Reading Police reported several animal complaints and several motor vehicle crashes in the town.

At 8:26 a.m., a motor vehicle crash was investigated at 16 Edgemont Ave. and the Barrows School in Reading.

At 9:07 a.m., a caller reported a possible deceased dog on the side of the road on Haverhill Street.
At 10:11 a.m., male party submitted a motor vehicle complaint, reporting a motor vehicle operating erratically. Plate number was unknown.

At 11:28 a.m., a pipe gushing water on Causeway Road and Lowell Street was reported.

At 11:33 a.m. a deceased beaver was reported at 745 Haverhill St. Authorities were notified to pick up.
At 5:05 p.m., a two-vehicle car accident was report on Washington and Village streets. No injuries were reported.
At 8:38 p.m., a resident reported a dying cat in his yard at 13 Hanscom Ave.
At 10:29 p.m., police made an arrest for an outstanding warrant following a traffic stop at Bancroft Avenue and Lowell Street.
