Two Bikes Stolen From Residence in Reading

The following is an excerpt from the  log from Thursday. The information is open to the public.

Thursday, May 10

  • At 1:15 a.m., a caller reported a suspicious person on Summer Avenue. Police were unable to locate the person.
  • At 2:21 p.m., a caller reported a house guest that wouldn't leave. Police said they would help her get the guest to leave.
  • At 4:22 p.m., a Washington Street resident reported that two bikes were stolen from his home.
  • At 4:38 p.m., a caller reported a suspicious youth on County Road. 
  • At 5:07 p.m., a caller reported a suspicious vehicle on Haystack Road. Police spoke to the driver who was waiting to pick up his daughter.
  • At 8:37 p.m., a Haverhill Street resident reported eggs thrown at a car in his driveway.
  • At 9:10 p.m., a caller reported a suspicious vehicle on Belmont Street. Police spoke to the driver who was out with his mother doing an activity for a drama club.
