5 Things: City Hall To Go in Rozzie; RMV Could Close

What is Sip Dip and Dabble? It's at Dandelions on Thursday night.


  1. The Roslindale Registry of Motor Vehicles in Roslindale Village could close under a new proposal, as well as RMV locations in Watertown and Revere. 
  2. On Tuesday, City Hall To Go will be at 9 Poplar St., Roslindale, providing a select menu of city services to constituents. Residents stopping by the truck will be able to pay or dispute parking tickets, request birth, death or marriage certificates, and pay property and excise taxes, among other services. The full menu of offerings is available here: www.cityofboston.gov/cityhalltogo. The City Hall To Go truck will be in Roslindale at 4 p.m. on the fourth Tuesday of every month.
  3. On Thursday from 6 to 7:30 p.m., come see Zili Misik play at Adams Park for the summer concert series, hosted by the Boston Department of Parks and Recreation.
  4. Sip Dip and Dabble is coming to Dandelions in Roslindale Village on Thursday. Sip Dip and Dabble is an art party where you, your family, and your friends can go to create your own art. All art supplies are provided by Sip Dip and Dabble. No previous experience required. Visit website for tickets. 6:30-9 p.m. 756 South St.
  5. The Commonwealth Shakespeare Company offers free Shakespeare On The Common throughout the month of July. Upcoming performances of “The Two Gentlemen of Verona” are scheduled for July 23-26 at 8 p.m. For reserved chairs and to order picnic boxes, visit www.commshakes.org.
