5 Things July 15: Green Dragons Summer Camp
Free films for preschoolers today at the Roslindale Library.

- All week the YMAA Boston is holding its first Green Dragons summer camp for kids ages 9 and up. Each morning the Green Dragons will spend time at the community garden at the top of Cummins Highway learning how to plant, cultivate and harvest their own vegetables. Kung fu and horticulture lessons will be held at the studio at 5 Basile St., Roslindale. Lunch and recreational activities at the Roslindale Community Center will be provided, and possibly field trip. The camp is $295 for the week and includes lunch. - Today is Films for Preschoolers for free at the Roslindale Library from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.

- On Thursday come see The Carla Ryder Band play at Adams Park, hosted by the Boston Department of Parks and Recreation.
