5 Things: Spray Water Parks in Boston to Cool You Off

Parkway Pop Warner is hosting a Youth Football and Cheer Activity Week from July 8-12.

  2. Looking for a free way to cool off with the kids? Here's a list of all the spray water parks in Boston. There isn't one in Roslindale, but there is in West Roxbury, Jamaica Plain, and Hyde Park.
  3. Parkway Pop Warner is hosting a Youth Football and Cheer Activity Week from July 8-12 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Billings Field. $50 per participant. Non-contact for ages 7 to 15. Football participants will be learning skills, doing drills, and playing games; Cheerleading participants will be learning cheer drill and skills, and routines. Calisthenics, individual and team skills including offense, defense and special teams. Sign-up through the Parkway Pop Warner website or call 617-763-9650.
  4. On Saturday at the Roslindale Village Farmers' Market, Rozzie Bikes will be offering free tune-ups!
