Roslindale Man Found Dead In Brockton

Brockton Police are investigating his death as a homicide

A Roslindale man’s body has been found behind a Brockton home, the Plymouth County District Attorney’s office has announced.

Police have ruled his death a homicide.

The victim is 24-year-old Christopher Mann, whose last known address was in Roslindale. Earlier today, the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner ruled the that he died from a single gunshot wound, the Plymouth County District Attorney’s office said in a press release.

It says that Brockton Police received a 911 call at around 8 p.m. about a dead body in the backyard of an abandoned home on Boylston Street. Police arrived at the scene and found the male victim’s body located in the backyard.

The death is under investigation by State Police. There is no word on whether they have any suspects.
