Arrests: Habitual Traffic Offender; Unlicensed Operation of a MV

Jose Juan Laliberte, 36, of 146 Eutaw Avenue in Lynn was arrested and charged with speeding in violation of a special regulation, operating a motor vehicle with a license revoked as a habitual traffic offender, and operating a motor vehicle with a supsended license, subsequent offense.

Kristina Marie Morales, 31, of 12 Pope Street in Salem was arrested and charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violations.
