Arrests: Malicious Destruction of Property; Warrants

Wilgens Joseph, 34, of 42 Starbird Street in Malden was arrested and charged with the malicious destruction of property over $250 and larceny over $250.

Justin Michael Smith, 27, of 2 Hillside Street in Salem was arrested on a warrant.
