A man was medflighted to Boston with a serious head injury after he fell off an ATV Sunday.
At 10 a.m., police received a report of an ATV accident on Grove Street.
Salem Police Lt. Kate Stephens said the man was on the ATV with another male, who was not injured.
The injured male was taken to Tufts Medical Center.
