Leap Day Arrests: Sexual Conduct for a Fee; Harassment Order Violation

Monday, Feb. 29
Samantha Deignan, 19, of 498 Newton Road in Littleton was arrested and charged with sexual conduct for a fee.
Mark D. Gilbert, 55, of 173 Lafayette Street in Salem was arrested and charged with violation of a harassment prevention order.
