Limited Assistance Representation available for divorcing persons

Persons facing divorce should know of this court sponsored program.

This Post is intended to inform people facing divorce about a unique program sponsored by our Family Court.

This year more than ever, people facing divorce are concerned about costs and are considering representing themselves.

If a person facing divorce is concerned about costs, they should consider using the Limited Assistance Representation program (LAR).

LAR lets persons hire a specially trained and qualified attorney to help with some of what must be done by a person representing themselves.
