Mother Searches for Missing Daughter

A Salem mother has taken to Facebook in a search for her missing 16-year-old daughter.

A Salem teenager has gone missing and her mother says she would never just leave.

The missing girl, Hannah Reilly, is 16-years-old and was last seen at McDonalds on Canal Street on Monday night, said her mother, Cheryl Reilly, in a Facebook post.

A public post by Reilly hoping to spread information about her missing daughter has been shared more than 800 times on Tuesday morning - and was shared more than 200 times in less than an hour.

Reilly said her daughter was walking five minutes down the street to get a sandwich and never came home.

“This is not like her at all and not one of her friends that I know have seen or heard from her,” her mother wrote.

Salem police were contacted and a missing person report was filed.

Hannah Reilly is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs about 110 pounds and has short blonde hair, which she just cut, according to her mother. She was last seen wearing black leggings, with a tank top and light military colored button up shirt and black boots.
