Prosniewski Sworn in as Police Captain in Salem
A ceremony was held before Thursday night's City Council meeting.
Salem, MA - Conrad Prosniewski who was sworn in as the Salem Police Department's newest Captain before Thursday night's City Council meeting.
The council chamber was filled with family, co-workers, and friends for the ceremony.
Mayor Kimberly Driscoll said the promotion was well deserved and that she knows Prosniewski will do a great job as captain.
