Salem's Harborwalk Garden Kicks Off 2nd Summer With Weekend Festival
The Charlotte Forten Park area is an outdoor public gathering space and performing arts venue.

SALEM, MA — The Salem outdoor public gathering space and performing arts venue at Charlotte Forten Park officially kicks off its second season this weekend with a program of live music and a "block party atmosphere" at The Harborwalk Garden.
Music includes Jared Hanrahan on Friday night and an energetic DJ set from Francois Flow on Saturday. If necessary, the block party rain date is Sunday.
Harborwalk Garden is located at 289 Derby Street and will feature a calendar of live performances, local markets and community events throughout the summer.

Harborwalk Garden at Charlotte Forten Park, an outdoor public gathering space and performing arts venue, kicks off its second season this Friday, May 30th with live music from returning favorite, Jared Hanrahan, and continues Saturday with an energetic DJ set from Francois Flow to bring that lively block party atmosphere to the waterfront park! The rain date, if necessary, for the block party is Sunday, June 1st.
The Anthem Group has also curated a selection of local beer, wine, craft cocktails, and food options.

"I’m so appreciative of Anthem Group's energy and enthusiasm for making Charlotte Forten Park an active space for the community to gather," Salem Mayor Dominick Pangallo said. "Harborwalk Gardens' second season promises to bring music, programming, and more to this central space in our city."
Scheduled entertainment includes salsa nights, live music and comedy shows, as well as special programming for Juneteenth, Pride Month and the Fourth of July.
