Thomas Mahoney, 51, of 42 Walnut Street in Lynn was arrested and charged with shoplifting.

Saturday, March 12

At 2:46 p.m., there was a report of an assault on Charter Street.

At 2:58 p.m., there was a hit and run motor vehicle accident on Loring Avenue.

At 3:15 p.m., a man's wallet was found on Derby Street.

At 4:17 p.m., an arrest for shoplifting was made on Traders Way.

At 5:08 p.m., there was a complaint about a dog being left outside and constantly barking on Loring Avenue.

At 5:35 p.m., there was a report of a road rage incident on Washington Street.

Sunday, March 13

At 12:25 a.m., there was a report of loud music on Lafayette Street.
