Shoplifting; Unlicensed Operation: Salem Arrests

Wednesday, May 11
Walter J. Keenan, 53, of Loring Avenue in Salem was arrested and charged with shoplifting.
Miguel F. Miranda, 25, of Linden Street in Everett was arrested and charged with a state highway traffic violation and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
