Tuesday Nor'Easter to Deliver Miserable Mix of Heavy Rain, Strong Winds
A day full of wind and rain is expected to hit the North Shore on Tuesday.
A nor’easter will deliver a miserable mix of heavy rain and strong winds to Salem on Tuesday.
After some early morning frozen precipitation, things will turn to rain Tuesday morning, and wind gusts could hit up to 40 mph. Rainfall totals are expected to reach 2.5 inches. NWS issued a flood watch for urban areas.
The rain will be contained to eastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Central and western Massachusetts could see 6 or more inches of snow Tuesday.
