During your commute, you may have seen signs for the 2012 Helicopter Egg Drop around Salem, Danvers and Peabody.

The Egg Drop, sponsored by the Next Level Church, is taking place at a hidden location, so participants will meet at the on Easter Sunday, April 8 at 10 a.m.

The Egg Drop is happening in conjunction with Next Level Church's opening in Danvers.
When participants get to the hidden location, tens of thousands of plastic eggs, filled with candy and prizes, will be dropped from a helicopter onto a grass field.

For safety purposes, kids are being split into different age groups while they search for eggs. Registration is mandatory to participate.
The Next Level Church currently has two other locations in Newington, NH and Portland, ME, as well as online sermons.

The Egg Drop is free, but the Next Level Church is asking everyone to bring canned food to donate to My Brother's Table, who they've described as "one of our great community partners."
