The longtime restaurant, which recently shared a photo from his visit, remains in the spotlight even as plans move forward to eventually convert the property into apartments.

• Revere woman with White House ties has been released from ICE custody (wbur.org) — Friends and relatives of a Revere woman recently released from ICE custody had planned to gather in Saugus to welcome her home, but family members say she never arrived and lost contact. The 33-year-old, who has ties to the White House through her son’s aunt, was freed on bond after three weeks in Louisiana and still faces deportation proceedings while her lawyer declines to reveal her location.
