Opening of Seeking, Swansea Public Schools Delayed
Seekonk and Swansea will open 90 minutes late.

It's not a full day off, but Seekonk's and Swansea youth can sleep in a little bit this morning due to the snowfall than began last night. The Seekonk Public Schools will open 90 minutes late, Superintendent Arlene Bosco told Patch.
Swansea is also delaying school for 90 minutes.
A mixture of snow and rain is expected to continue throughout the morning and early afternoon, according to the National Weather Service. After 4 p.m., it will just be rain. The daytime high is expected to be 40 degrees.

There is a "chance" of evening rain and flurries, the NWS says. Drizzle and flurries are possible from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. The rest of the nighttime forecast calls for mostly cloudy skies with a low near 23.
No precipitation is expected tomorrow, when it is supposed to be mostly sunny with a high near 42 and a west wind traveling 14 mph to 16 mph, with gusts up to 36 mph.
