Description- The full-time hire will manage all functions and staff of a Tier I branch. He or she is accountable for maximizing branch revenues, sales, customer satisfaction, branch staffing and minimizing operating losses. The manager will deploy resources to optimize individual and team performance. He or she is responsible for branch compliance with bank policies, procedures and operational integrity. The manager prioritizes, manages and communicates promotional campaigns and product initiatives. He or she will conduct cold calls on prospective small business customers, maintain and develop relationships with existing small business customers, create and manage branch business plans, represent the bank in local community organizations, conduct performance reviews for staff, coach and train staff as needed and report to the regional manager.

Description- Maintains service operations by inspecting and maintaining vehicles.

Duties:

* Keeps equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles; completing preventive maintenance such as, engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing, replacing filters

* Maintains vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components; repairing body damage

* Verifies vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives; adjusting controls and systems.

* Complies with state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards

* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications
