In a case against Seekonk's planning board, a superior court judge has dismissed a complaint filed by the Seekonk Water District concerning the proposed Pine Hill Estates.
According to Sun Chronicle, the complaint was regarding the planning board's June 11 approval of the proposed nine-lot subdivision. The water district has said it fears additional nitrate loading from the Pine Hill subdivision could contaminate the town's water supply.
Water district lawyer Nancy Letendre said district plans to file another pleading to reinstate the case.
