April 4

10:40 a.m. Caller reported a case of harassment on Newman Avenue.

11:58 a.m. Caller from Sam’s Club reported a stolen forklift.

April 5

10:58 a.m. Stacey Medeiros, 34, of 300 Providence St. in Rehobeth was issued a summons arrest for leaving the scene of a collision. She was issued a summons after a caller reported a hit and run on Commerce Way.

1:56 p.m. Caller reported an incident of road rage on Fall River Avenue.

2:23 p.m. Caller reported a vehicle fire on East Highway. The vehicle was put out and no injuries were reported.

9:30 p.m. Caller reported a hit and run on Newman Avenue.

April 6

3:51 p.m. Caller reported an erratic driver had run over his lawn on West River Street.

8:04 p.m. Susan Dunn, 50, of 263 Colwell Dr. in Dedham was arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (shoed foot), assault and battery on a police officer and disorderly conduct. She was located after a caller from the Outback Steakhouse reported she had left without paying her bill.
