Silver Tea Returns to Seekonk for 21st Year
The event will take place May 8. The RSVP deadline is April 25.

Seekonk Human Services and Friends of Friends Community Services will host the annual "Silver Tea" program May 8 at the Johnson and Wales Inn.
This longtime event has taken place in Seekonk for more than 20 years, and it features a lunch with a real silver tea set. It is designed to honor local senior women ages 75 and older.
The Friends of Friends Community Services will coordinate the event, but money is raised to host the event free of charge. The group works to aid seniors with heat and other related problems in cooperation with the department of Human Services.
