Swansea Police Log April 20-26: Everett Resident Arrested for Assault with a Dangerous Weapon

The following is from the Swansea Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned they do not indicate convictions.

4:00 p.m. Thomas Paguet, 23, of 31 Roosevelt St. in Fall  River, and Sarah Fortin, 25, of 18 Mill St. in Fairhaven were arrested for felony larceny and conspiracy to committee larceny.

7:48 p.m. John Freitas, 19, of 91 Broadway Rd. in Everett, was arrested for two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon and malicious destruction of property.

8:18 a.m. Caller reported a break in on Lockwood Circuit.

10:26 a.m. Caller reported a larceny on Old Warren Road.

April 22

5:46 p.m. Caller reported a break in on Gardners Neck Road.

April 23

12:33 a.m. Tanner Paguet, 21, of 115 Crawford St. in Fall River was arrested for possession of a class B substance.

2:50 p.m. Michael Vital, 30, of 442 Vinnicum Rd. was arrested for possession of a class A substance.

3:42 p.m. Caller reported a case of larceny on Old Warren Road.

7:33 p.m. Justin Leblanc, 39, of 50 Morin Ave. was arrested for possession of class B and A substances and possession of a class A substance with intent to distribute.

8:35 p.m. Caller reported  a break in on Wood Street.

April 24

9:29 a.m. Rudolph Cephas, 43, of 32 Gardner Ave. was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon.

April 25

6:14 p.m. Caller reported a break in on Wood Street.

April 26

1:45 a.m. A 15-year-old was arrested for assault and battery.

11:09 a.m. Caller reported a case of larceny on Swansea Mall Drive.

11:31 a.m. Caller reported a case of larceny on Taft Avenue.
