Swansea Police Log March 11-13: Thefts, Break Ins and OUIs

March 11

8:10 a.m. Caller reported a case of vandalism on Ian Street.

2:29 p.m. Caller reported  break in on Ocean View Avenue.

4:02 p.m. One suspect was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise on Swansea Mall Drive.

5:17 p.m. One suspect was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise on Swansea Mall Drive.

March 12

1:41 p.m. Caller reported a case of theft.

6:46 p.m. Caller reported a case of theft.

7:27 p.m.  One suspect from Somerset and one from Fall River were charged with conspiracy to commit larceny over $250.

March 13

1:26 p.m. Caller reported a case of theft on Swansea Mall Drive.

3:24 p.m. Caller reported a hit and run on Swansea Mall Drive.

4:35 p.m. One suspect from Westport was charged with leaving the scene of property damage (vehicular hit and run).

5:13 p.m. Caller reported a case of theft on Cypress Drive.

9:45 p.m. Lance Levin, 41, of 220 Wilbur Ave. was arrested for operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

10:10 p.m. David Harrison, 34, of 15 Coleman St. was allegedly arrested for assault and battery.
