Sunday, Sept. 1
3:24 a.m.: A Fall River man was issued a summons arrest for disturbing the peace.
7:38 a.m.: West of Exit 2 on Route 195 there was an accident with personal injury.

Monday, Sept. 2
2:29 p.m.: Motor vehicle accident at 52 James Reynolds Road with less than $1,000 in damages. No police service necessary.

6:27 p.m.: Fire at 20 Alsada Road. Referred to another agency.
Tuesday, Sept. 3
2:51 a.m.: Motor vehicle stop on Wilbur Avenue lead to the summons arrest of a Swansea female. She was charged with plate light not being illuminated, license not in possession and operation of a motor vehicle with a revoked license as here-thereto.
7:02 a.m.: Breaking and entering of a motor vehicle on Bond Street investigated.
12:45 p.m.: Fraud report investigated on Water Street.
2:57 p.m.: Report of shoplifting at Olympia Sports.
4:20 p.m.: Motor vehicle accident with no personal injuries at 395 Wilbur Ave.
5:51 p.m.: Motor vehicle accident with no personal injuries at 29 Market St.
5:51 p.m.: Motor vehicle accident with no personal injuries at 579 Gar Highway.
6:56 p.m.: Fire on Princeton Street.
7:04 p.m.: Shoplifting reported at Sears.
Wednesday, Sept. 4
2:11 p.m.: Motor vehicle accident with no personal injuries at intersection of Wilbur Avenue and Lindsey Lane.
2:28 p.m.: Annoying/threatening calls reported at 451 Ocean Grove Ave.
3:23 p.m.: Fraud reported investigated at 6 Sailmaker Court.
4:38 p.m.: Harassment reported at Target.
6:42 p.m.: Fraud reported on Randall Shea Drive.
Thursday, Sept. 5
8:39 a.m.: Burglary/breaking and entering at 4 Old Providence Road.
10:55 a.m.: Motor vehicle accident with no personal injury at 579 Gar Highway.
12:00 p.m.: Weapons violation on Lindsey Lane.
12:17 p.m.: Assault reported at 28 Crane St.
2:07 p.m.: Burglar alarm sounded at 507 Old Fall River Road. Police investigated.
4:00 p.m.: Motor vehicle accident with no personal injuries at 1049 Gar Highway.
4:27 p.m.: Motor vehicle accident with no personal injury at 33 James Reynolds Road.
6:54 p.m.: Motor vehicle accident with no personal injury at 575 Gar Highway.
Friday, Sept. 6
11:26 a.m.: Burglary/breaking and entering reported at 20 Bristol Ave.
3:30 p.m.: Harassment reported at 8 Sidney Ave.
5:01 p.m.: Motor vehicle complaint at intersection of Gar Highway and Swansea Mall Drive. Police arrested Lawrence A. Aubin, 49, of Warwick, R.I. and charged him with operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor third offense, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
6:22 p.m.: Motor vehicle accident with no personal injuries at 262 Swansea Mall Drive.
Saturday, Sept. 7
1:13 a.m.: Motor vehicle stop at Joseph Butler Boulevard. Police arrested Kimberly A. Griffin, 39, of Fall River, and charged her with operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and failure to grant the right of way.
2:50 a.m.: Motor vehicle accident with personal injury at intersection of Locust and Plain Streets. Police arrested Samuel J. Stangelo, 23, of Attleboro, and charged him with leaving the scene of personal injury, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
7:01 a.m.: Motor vehicle accident with no personal injuries at 299 Market St.
10:10 a.m.: Vandalism reported at 200 Bushee Road.
10:32 a.m.: Shoplifting at Wal-Mart. Police arrested Joseph M. Dasilva, 37, of Swansea, and charged him with shoplifting by asportation, less than $250 in malicious destruction of property and possession of a burglarious instrument.
1:30 p.m.: Motor vehicle accident with personal injury at 1115 Gar Highway.
1:50 p.m.: Motor vehicle accident with no personal injury on Route 195.
3:40 p.m.: Shoplifting reported at Wal-Mart.
4:05 p.m.: Motor vehicle accident with personal injury at intersection of Gardner’s Neck Road and Wilbur Avenue.
5:42 p.m.: Larceny reported at Swansea Country Club.
11:36 p.m.: Motor vehicle accident with less than $1,000 in damage at 75 Gar Highway.
Sunday, Sept. 8
8:59 a.m.: Motor vehicle accident with no personal injuries at 328 Wilbur Ave.
1:07 p.m.: Breaking and entering at McLeod’s Swansea Citgo. Police arrested Edward Vargas, 32, of Vineyard Haven, and charged him with two counts of breaking and entering of a vehicle/boat in the daytime for a felony, possession of a burglarious instrument and default warrant.
1:49 p.m.: Vandalism/malicious destruction of property at Cumberland Farms.
4:22 p.m.: Vandalism/malicious destruction of property at 130 Ocean View Ave.
8:18 p.m.: Motor vehicle stop at 500 Swansea Mall Drive. Police arrested Christopher M. Francis, 25, of Portsmouth, R.I., and charged him with a default warrant, operation of an unregistered motor vehicle, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle and number plate violation to conceal identity.
Monday, Sept. 9
7:23 a.m.: Motor vehicle accident with no personal injuries at intersection of Bushee Road and Gar Highway.
9:34 a.m.: Motor vehicle accident with no personal injuries on Weaver Street.
4:30 p.m.: Motor vehicle accident with no personal injuries at intersection of Gar Highway and Swansea Mall Drive.
