WALK-INS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED

A parent or guardian will be required to be present for the vaccination and for the required waiting time after the vaccine (15-30 minutes depending on allergy history). The second vaccine in the series will be available at a clinic to be held on Sunday December 5, 2021, same time as the first clinic. Once you register for the first clinic, you will then be provided with a special link for you only, to register for the second clinic.
