The Sharon Health Department Will Be Offering The LAST Vaccine Clinic: An 'All Ages Coronavirus Vaccine Clinics” On January 20

Anyone who had their primary vaccine series of Moderna or Pfizer more than 5 months ago is eligible for a booster.

The Sharon Health Department will be offering the LAST vaccine clinic: an “all ages COVID 19 vaccine clinics” on Thursday January 20 from 4-7 pm at the Sharon Community Center in the main ballroom. We will be completing vaccine series for individuals that we have started, but there will be no further clinics.

Pfizer Pediatric vaccine- 1st or 2nd doses for ages 5-11 years

Pfizer boosters for ages 12-17 years

Pfizer vaccine 1st or 2nd doses for ages 12-17 years

Moderna vaccine for 1st or 2nd doses OR booster for adults 18 years and over

Anyone who had their primary vaccine series of Moderna or Pfizer more than 5 months ago is eligible for a booster. Anyone that had J & J more than 2 months ago is eligible for a booster.

**For anyone freshly recovering from COVID- you may receive the vaccine or a booster dose once your complete quarantine period is done (14 days from positive test if no symptoms or 14 days from start of symptoms) AND you are feeling well/recovered. DO NOT get the vaccine or a booster if you are still in a close contact monitoring

Please bring your COVID vaccine card and your medical insurance card. DO NOT COME IF YOU ARE SICK!!
