The Town of Sharon seeks a full-time (40 hours/week, M-F 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.) Truck Driver / Laborer for the Department of Public Works’ Forestry & Grounds Division.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Manual labor and operation of various equipment and vehicles for landscaping and maintenance of the Town’s parks, trees, athletic fields, and grounds. Mandatory overtime required during snow removal from roadways, parking lots, and sidewalks.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • Massachusetts Class B Commercial Driver’s License
  • CORI check and mandatory drug testing upon hire

Starting Salary: $53,705; salary will increase on 7/1/26 and again on first anniversary. Salary and benefits in accord with AFSCME contract.
