In Court: Judge Hears Assault Cases in Shrewsbury

Ricky N. Oliver, 45, of 235 Boston Turnpike, Shrewsbury, was summonsed to court on a complaint May 12 by Shrewsbury police and charged with assault and battery. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to May 30.

Celia Pescaro, 25, of 16 Karen Ave., Shrewsbury, was summonsed to court on a complaint Match 24, 2011 by State Police in Shrewsbury and charged with driving with a suspended license. Judge Virzi dismissed the charge upon payment of $100 in court costs.

Karen D. Pusateri, 44, of 55 Janet Circle, Shrewsbury, was summonsed to court on a complaint May 13 by Shrewsbury police and charged with domestic assault and battery. Judge Virzi continued the case to June 15.
