In Court: Three Arrested after passing out at Dean Park

Monday April 30:
Heriberto Carabello, 34, of 29 Kingsbury St., Apt. 3, Worcester, was summonsed to court on a complaint Oct. 21 by State Police in Shrewsbury and charged with driving without a license and speeding. Judge Virzi dismissed the first charge on payment of $300 court costs and found him not responsible on the second charge.
Franck N. Nyoung-soman, 24, of 370 Ocean Ave., Apt. 808, Revere, was summonsed to court on a complaint April 30 by and charged with driving with a suspended license. Judge Virzi continued the case to June 4.

Brian J. Grierson, 30, of 1 Evans Road, West Boylston, was arrested April 29 by Shrewsbury police and charged with possession of a class A drug and being present where heroin was kept. Judge Virzi continued the case to May 29.
Leah Mathieson, 23, of 68 Upper Elm St., Shrewsbury, was arrested April 29 by Shrewsbury police and charged with possession of a class A drug and being present where heroin was kept. Judge Virzi continued the case to May 29.

Mariah Curran, 18, of 25 Van Ness Ave., Shrewsbury, was arrested April 29 by Shrewsbury police and charged with being present where heroin was kept. Judge Virzi continued the case to May 29.
These three arrest resulted after police were called to Dean Park on a report of a black convertible with occupants that were reportedly passed out. Police found an uncapped syringe under Grierson’s thigh in the front passenger seat, according to the police report.
Samir K. Sengupta, 66, of 55 Commons Drive, Apt. 4, Shrewsbury, was arrestes April 30 by Shrewsbury police and charged with assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (his foot). Judge Virzi continued the case to June 21.
Wednesday, May 3:
Sean King, 17, of 2 Ridge Rd., Shrewsbury, was summonsed to court on a complaint March 1 by Shrewsbury police and charged with arson of a dwelling and vandalizing property. Judge Virzi dismissed the first charge. He found sufficient facts on the second charge, which was continued without a finding to Feb. 5, 2013. He was placed on probation for nine months, ordered to pay $90 in fees, including restitution to , ordered to complete a fire starter program and to continue with any counseling he is currently receiving.
This charge was in connection with a trash barrel he set on fire at Shrewsbury High School Feb. 14, according to police reports.
Kerry A. Thyne, 23, of 108 D St., Lowell, was arrested Oct. 11 by Westborough police and charged with possession of a class A drug. Judge Virzi found sufficient facts and continued the case without a finding to April 30, 2013. She was ordered to remain drug-free, subject to random screenings, and to pay $50 in fees.
Thursday May 3:
Brian D. Carlo, 25, of 20 Venus Drive, Shrewsbury, was summonsed to court on a complaint March 26 by Southborough police and charged with OUI liquor and speeding. Judge Virzi found him guilty, placed him on probation to May 1, 2014, ordered him into a 14-day inpatient treatment and any aftercare and fined him $300 plus a $65 monthly probation fee. He was found not responsible on the second charge.
Michella Fouchard, 31, of 18 Castle St., Worcester, was arrested May 2 by Shrewsbury police and charged with assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, disturbing the peace and larceny under $250. Judge Virzi continued the case to June 6.
Police said she attempted to steal a purse from the thrift shop at St. Anne’s Church, according to a police report. She was abusive to the police officer, who suffered bleeding to his forearm as a result, the report said. The incident disrupted business at the store for a significant time, the report said.
Bradley S. Smith, 20, of 78 Harrington Farm Way, Shrewsbury, was summonsed to court on a complaint March 26 by Southborough police and charged with driving an unlicensed vehicle, driving an uninsured vehicle and driving with a suspended registration. Judge Virzi dismissed all charges, with $200 in court costs for each.
Alicia F. Lamarre, [sorry missed age] of 279 Grafton St. Apt. 3, Worcester, was summonsed to court on a complaint March 17 by Shrewsbury police and charged with possession of a class A substance. Judge Virzi found her guilty, placed her on 18 months’ probation, ordered her to enter a long-term residential program, to remain drug-free, subject to random screenings.
Anthony Vazquez, 40, of 36 Brierway Drive, Worcester, was summonsed to court on a complaint Dec. 15 by Shrewsbury police and charged with possession of a class D drug and possession of a class D drug with intent to distribute. Judge Virzi found sufficient facts on the first charge, which he continued without a finding to May 7, 2013, with no drug use allowed, subject to random screenings. He was charged $500 in court costs and $65 monthly probation fee. Judge Virzi dismissed the second charge.
Friday, May 4:
Nikyara Costa, 26, of 11 Weld St. Apt. 29, Framingham, was arrested May 4 by Shrewsbury police and charged with OUI liquor and marked lanes violation. Judge Virzi continued the case to June 20.
Nathan J. St. Pierre, 20, of 12 Beacon St., Shrewsbury, was summonsed to court on a complaint Oct. 21 by Shrewsbury police and charged with felony breaking and entering in the daytime, larceny over $250, malicious destruction of property over $250, trespassing and misdemeanor breaking and entering. Judge Virzi dismissed the charges because St. Pierre was indicted in Superior Court.
He was arrested for a residential breaking and entering in progress at 3 Wolcott Rd., according to the police report. He later confessed to break-ins at 7 Bailey Rd., 15 Van Ness Ave., 15 Muzzy Ave., and, on two occasions, at 6 Selina St., the police report said.
