SHREWSBURY, MA - Following its December announcement that all stores will close and its second bankruptcy filing in two years, Party City is set to auction off its retail locations.
In a statement released by A&G Real Estate Partners, Party City's real estate advisor, the reported bid deadline and auction is set to happen in early February.
"This is a large and diverse store portfolio, with good real estate and a great many stores located in high-traffic shopping centers," said Emilio Amendola, the president of A&G.
