Monday, Jan. 21

7:31 a.m.: One person was transported to the hospital after crashing in to a utility pole on Cherry Street.

10:23 a.m.: A caller from Avalon Way reported a larceny.

11:56 a.m.: A car on Bunker Hill Road was egged overnight.

12:48 p.m.: A caller reported a suspicious male with a red jacket and a backpack on Trowbridge Lane. An officer responded and spoke to the male.

2:21 p.m.: A caller stopped a vehicle on Hill Street and confiscated a small amount of marijuana.

7:05 p.m.: An officer returned a check to a resident who left it at the Shrewsbury Police Department.

7:49 p.m.: An officer responded to a two-car crash on Boston Turnpike at Lake Street. No injuries were reported.

Tuesday, Jan. 22

12:39 a.m.: A caller from Park Street reported hearing a single gunshot.

4:00 a.m.: Several vehicles were ticketed for violating the winter parking ban.

11:45 a.m.: A vehicle crashed into a garage on Heywood Street. No injuries were reported.
