Shrewsbury Board Of Health Amends Public Comment Policy
The next meeting is on Oct. 29.

SHREWSBURY, MA — The Shrewsbury Board of Health is adopting an update to its policy on public comments, according to a news release from the town.
The Board unanimously voted to amend a comment policy it adopted in March. The updated policy now allows a public comment period to be part of every regularly scheduled meeting, rather than every quarter.
The Board will meet next on Oct. 29 at 8 a.m.

"The Shrewsbury Board of Health encourages residents to attend its meetings and welcomes their views on matters within the Board’s jurisdiction, whether expressed in person, by phone, by email or by written communication," wrote the town in a news release. "Civility is encouraged when addressing the Board during Public Comment."
