Shrewsbury Police Announces December Crime Numbers
Crime in Shrewsbury was down in many categories from November, including overall arrests, reported incidents and 911 calls made.
SHREWSBURY, MA - The Shrewsbury Police Department released its monthly crime numbers for Dec. 2024.
Some of the key statistics include: 15 total arrests, 4,240 reported incidents, 16 criminal summons issued and 925 911 calls responded to.
There were 208 suspicious persons reported, 297 medical calls and 71 burglar alarms.

The numbers reflect a decrease in most categories from the previous month. In November, the key statistics were: 30 total arrests, 3,910 incidents, 18 criminal summons issued and 797 911 calls.
