Shrewsbury Vax Clinic Offers $25 Incentive For COVID-19 Shots

SHREWSBURY, MA — Staying healthy won't be the only incentive on offer at a COVID-19 vaccine clinic in Shrewsbury on Friday.

The Shrewsbury Fire Department and Central Massachusetts Public Health Alliance will offer primary COVID-19 vaccines and booster shots at an appointment-only clinic on Friday evening. The clinic will offer $25 gift cards to each person who gets a shot, while supplies last.

The clinic will offer the Novavax version of the shot for primary COVID-19 vaccinations — meaning the first two shots that people get when they haven't previously been vaccinated against coronavirus. The clinic will offer Moderna and Pfizer versions of booster shots.

The clinic runs 4 to 7 p.m. at the Shrewsbury fire station at 11 Church Road. Sign up for an appointment here.
