'Breaking Bread Tour' to Roll into Somerville

La Brea Bakery, the nation’s leader in artisan bread, has officially launched their “Breaking Bread Tour,” reminding foodies that nothing brings family and friends together like a quality meal.
Through the tour, La Brea Bakery will spread their top-of-the-line artisan breads, love for quality ingredients and inspired recipes across the country, creating opportunities for Americans to connect over bread.

The Breaking Bread Tour kicked off in La Brea Bakery’s hometown of Los Angeles and will soon be rolling into Somerville.
On Sunday, Sept. 20, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., Somerville residents can taste a variety of La Brea Bakery breads and recipes from the Breaking Bread Tour food truck, such as Seedless Raspberry Jam and Almond Butter on a French Baguette and Salami and Sharp Cheddar Cheese on Rosemary Olive Oil bread.

The tour will be setting up shop at the Star Market on 14 McGrath Highway.
