Five Things: Street Sweeping Begins

1) Street Sweeping
Today is the first day of April, which means street sweeping in the city starts again, and you'll have to move your car twice a month. You can check your street sweeping schedule here, and you can also sign up for e-mail reminders.
2) 20 Years of Harpoon IPA
Harpoon Brewery is celebrating 20 years of producing its IPA, and as part of the celebration it's taking over the taps at Olde Magoun's Saloon tonight. Head to the Magoun Square eatery between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. to sample five different IPAs produced by the brewery.
3) Calling Jazz and Blues performers
Joe’s Jazz & Blues Fest is looking for musicians to perform during the festival, which takes place from June 16 to 22. The deadline for submissions is today. Learn more here.
