Arrests made by the Somerville Police Department from April 1 to April 5. Please remember that the charges listed below do not indicate a conviction.
Assault and battery
On April 1, Gilmar DeOliveira, 25, of 10 River Rd., was arrested at 255 Pearl St. and charged with assault and battery and witness intimidation.
Larceny, theft, breaking and entering
On April 2, Jose Landaverde, 18, of 152 Cross St. and Raul Campos, 21, of 25 Mansfield St., were arrested at 220 Washington St. Landaverde was charged with breaking and entering. Campos was charged with breaking and entering and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. The two men are accused of breaking into a man's apartment but getting caught by the resident.

Warrant arrests
On April 1, Brandon Sheffield, 26, of 178 Boston Ave., ,was arrested at 220 Washington St. on warrants for mayhem, assault to murder and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
On April 2, Jorge Ramos, 18, of 17 Autumn St., was arrested at 9 Gilman St. on a warrant for violating a municipal ordinance.

On April 3, Matthew Medeiros, 24, of Medford, was arrested at 15 Bonair St. on a warrant for operating under the influence of liquor.
On April 5, Tyrone Strong, 35, of 1366 Broadway, was arrested at that address on a warrant for having an obstructed window, driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
