Police Booking Log: Man Shoplifts Scallops, Chicken Wings

Also according to this week's arrest log, police find crack in a man's shoe, and someone throws a liquor bottle at a Jaguar. The following arrest information was supplied by the Somerville Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Arrests made by the Somerville Police Department from June 10 to June 17. Please remember that the charges listed below do not indicate a conviction.

Assault and battery

On June 17, Michelle Silva, 52, of 37 Merriam St., was arrested at that address and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Larceny, theft and shoplifting

On June 11, Sidney Robinson, 41, of Lynn, was arrested at 775 McGrath Highway and charged with shoplifting. According to a police report, he is accused of stuffing two bags of scallops and a bag of chicken wings into his clothing at Super Stop & Shop and then walking out of the store without paying.

Drug-related arrests

On June 12, Jose Fuentes, 28, of 20 Otis St., and Jeanmarc Exilhome, 28, of Dorchester, were arrested on Cross Street. Fuentes was charged with drug violation near a school, conspiracy to violate drug law and drug possession. Exilhome was charged with drug violation near a school, drug possession, driving without an inspection sticker, marked lanes violation and conspiracy to violate drug law. According to a police report, officers pulled the two over and found them with seven cell phones, stacks of money and 18 baggies of crack cocaine, some of which were stored in Exilhome's shoe. They were pulled over at the intersection of Cross and Flint streets, which the report says is "within the confines of a notorious drug corridor."

Other arrests

On June 15, Denis Richard, 20, of Medford, was arrested at 185 College Ave. and charged with destruction of property. According to a police report, he is accused of throwing a liquor bottle into the driver's side door of a Jaguar.

On June 16, Stephanie Verela, 21, of 22 Quincy St., was arrested at that address and charged with disorderly conduct.

On June 17, Edwin Martinez, 32, of East Boston, was arrested at 282 Somerville Ave. and charged with protecting an incapacitated person. He was also arrested on warrants for driving with a suspended license for operating under the influence, operating under the influence of liquor, number plate violation and not being in possession of a registration.

Warrant arrests

On June 10, Michael Harrison, 36, of 17 Mason St., was arrested outside Somerville on warrants for assault to murder and mayhem.

On June 10, David Palmater, 60, of 22 Tennyson St., was arrested at that address on warrants for failing to stop or yield and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

On June 11, Edward Mahoney, 50, of 29 Minnesota Ave, was arrested at that address and charged with armed robbery.

On June 12, Maria Chaisson, 41, of 10B Memorial Rd., was arrested on Broadway on warrants for larceny.

On June 13, Felix Candelario, 26, of 25 River Rd., was arrested at that address on warrants for cocaine trafficking and firearms trafficking. According to Somerville police, Candelario was arrested on federal warrants.

On June 13, Reginaldo DeJesus, 30, of East Boston, was arrested at 1137 Broadway on warrants for driving an unregistered motor vehicle and a number plate violation.

On June 14, Lawrence Sullivan, 19, of Brighton, was arrested at 220 Washington St., on warrants for conspiracy, larceny from a building and breaking and entering.

On June 14, Ralph Romelus, 26, of 10 Winter Hill Circle, was arrested at that address on a warrant for driving with a suspended license.

On June 15, Raymond Massey, 49, of 382 McGrath Highway, was arrested at 220 Washington St. on warrants for violating abuse prevention orders.

On June 15, Victor Villanueva, 40, of Roxbury, was arrested at 219 Broadway on a warrant for violating a miscellaneous municipal ordinance.

On June 17, Edward Sarmanian, 38, of Melrose, was arrested at 220 Washington St. on a warrant for receiving a stolen credit card.
