Police Booking Log: Three Caught Drinking Beer in Gutted Home

Arrests made by the Somerville Police Department from March 25 to March 30. Please remember that the charges listed below do not indicate a conviction.
Larceny, theft, breaking and entering
On March 25, Paul Derrick, 22, was arrested at 60 Derby St. and charged with home invasion, armed robbery and resisting arrest. As part of the same incident, Anthony Paulino, 19, of 36 Derby St., was arrested and charged with armed robbery, home invasion, carrying a firearm without a license, receiving stolen property, having amunition without a firearms ID card and resisting arrest. Paulino and Derrick were arrested after a short manhunt in Winter Hill that caused a lockdown at the Healey School.
On March 29, Gary Sylvain, 25, of Medford, was arrested at 14 Tennyson St. and charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering. Derek Stewart, 23, of 12 Tennyson St., and Kyle Vivian, 23, of Malden, were also arrested on the same charge. According to a police report, the three men were found inside 14 Tennyson St., a home under rennovation, at about 1 a.m. They told police they thought the building was abandoned, and they had gone in there to drink some beer, the report says.

Drug-related arrests
On March 30, Joseph Baldassari, 23, of 109 Gilman St., Steven Domings, 22, of 82 Gilman St., and Cody Domings, 20, of 82 Gilman St., were arrested at 82 Gilman St. Steven and Cody Domings were charged with drug possession to distribute and conspiracty to violate drug law. Baldassari was charged with drug possession. According to a police report, detectives, a SWAT team and K9 units raided the home and uncovered nearly $5,800 in cash and over seven ounces of marijuana, some of it hidden in a Simpsons video arcade game.
Operating under the influence
On March 27, Susan Knowles, 34, of Peabody, was arrested at 500 Broadway and charged with operating under the influence of liquor.

Other arrests
On March 30, Jamal Escobar, 19, of 3 Snow Terrace, was arrested at that address and charged with carrying a firearm without a license.
Warrant arrests
On March 25, Jonathan Hayes, 33, of 22 Kennyson Rd., was arrested on Boston Avenue on a warrant for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
On March 26, Jose Hernandez, 45, of 74 Wheatland St., was arrested at that address on warrants for indecent assault and battery and littering from a motor vehicle.
On March 28, Kelly Murray, 32, of Everett, was arrested outside Somerville on a warrant for witness intimidation.
On March 28, Stephen Abele, 40, was arrested on Myrtle St. on a warrant for drug possession.
On March 29, Jose Rodrigues, 42, of Everett, was arrested at 40C Memorial Rd. on a warrant for assault and battery.
On March 29, Nelson Panet, 51, of 294 McGrath Highway, was arrested at that address on warrants for driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving with a suspended license.
