Your Guide: Tufts Community Day
Tufts Community Day will include Quidditch for children, a free barbecue, dance lessons and more.

Tufts University celebrates its 11th annual Community Day on Sunday with a ton of events for families from Somerville and Medford.
Community Day includes a free barbecue, and there will be music and dance performances throughout the day.
Some other highlights of Community Day include:
- "Kidditch," a children's version of the famous Harry Potter sport, run by the Tufts Quidditch team
- A presentation by the Tufts Hybrid Racing Team
- A theatrical production of the "Traveling Treasure Trunk" for children
- Ballroom and Salsa dancing lessons
There will also be pumpkin painting, face painting, cookie decorating and crafts.
It takes place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the main quad on campus, on top of the hill.
