Five Things You Need To Know Today, July 30

Here are five things going on in and around town.

1. Warm Monday: The National Weather Service is predicting a warm, mostly sunny day with a high of 83. The evening may cloud over and the temperature will level out around 65.

2. South End Greek Walk: United South End Settlements rescheduled their  to today. Join the walk on Union Park at 6 p.m. to learn about the Greek community's contributions to the South End.

3. Post Office Square Concert Series: Take a lunch break on the green space in the Financial District and enjoy some live music from 12 to 2 p.m.

4. Celebrate Tradition: South Asian Iftar: The American Islamic Center is hosting a Silk Road-themed festival with South Asian cuisine, free henna, music and traditional dance. This event starts at 8 p.m. General admission is $15, students with an ID get in for $10.

5. The Elaborate Entrance of Chad Deity: Come check out this hilarious play about a pro wrestler who is trying to work his way up to the championship at the Calderwood Pavilion, Roberts Theater. $15 to $42. 8 to 10:15 p.m
