Gardeners who have won three or more times in the last 10 years will also be entered into the new Hall of Fame, and will be able to participate or judge this year's content. In 2013, however, Hall-of-Famers will be ineligible to enter but can return as judges.
Launched 16 years ago, the contest recognizes gardeners who have landscaped, planted flowers, trees, and shrubs, and, in the process, helped beautify Boston’s neighborhoods.
