Letter: Stoneham School Building Committee To Hold Forum On HS Project
The event will include presentations from project personnel on the progress of the new Stoneham High School project.

The following is a letter to the editor from Stoneham School Building Committee Co C0-Chairs Marie Christie and Davis Bois.
On Tuesday Dec. 13, 2022 at 6:30 p.m., the Stoneham School Building Committee (SSBC) will hold a Community Forum for all residents of Stoneham regarding the progress of the new High School building project.
Since its inception in March of 2019, the SSBC along with its consultants have worked tirelessly and enthusiastically to move this project forward to this point. Due to unprecedented price escalation causing significant cost increases to the estimated construction costs, some very difficult decisions had to be made to keep the project on time and on budget. The forum will consist of a presentation by our owner’s project manager (SMMA), architects (Perkins&Will), and our construction company (Consigli Construction).
