Stoneham Fitness Studio To Launch Winter Workout Challenge
It lasts eight weeks starting Monday, Jan. 18.

Fire Up Fitness in Stoneham is offering an 8-week Winter Workout Challenge for everyone who wants to fulfill their New Year’s fitness resolutions. It will start on Monday, Jan. 18.
The Fitness Challenge will incorporate both exercise and nutrition components. It will have body measurements before and after the challenge, two 45-minute Small-Group Training Sessions per week for eight weeks, healthy eating information with simple recipes, nutrition tips, personal trainer consultations for each client, and home activities for days when you’re not at the gym.
Each small-group session integrates strength training with bodyweight, resistance bands, TRX, boxing, battle ropes, weighted balls, interval training and core work.

”Our 8-Week Winter Workout challenge is a simple and effective program for everyone looking to start an exercise regimen in this new year,” Sheri Saperstein Richberg, co-owner of Fire Up Fitness, said in a statement. “Our small-group strength training sessions are fast, fun and always focused to every individual’s goals. This program will allow people to enjoy exercise, not stress about it, while empowering them to commit to a healthy lifestyle.”
Everyone can participate, regardless of ability or exercise level.

The cost to participate in the Eight-Week Fitness Challenge is $79 for Fire Up Fitness members and $199 for non-members.
