At 12:05 a.m. May 6 on Interstate 95 in North Hampton, Stephen Bolton, 50, of Stoneham, was arrested and charged with possession of prescription drugs without a prescription, according to the statement.
During that time period, Troop A made 29 arrests, including 17 NH residents, nine from Massachusetts, two from Maine and one from Florida, according to the statement.

The majority of the charges levied against the drivers were either drug or alcohol-related, according to the statement.
