Stoneham's China Moon Closing After 60+ Years

STONEHAM, MA — A longtime Chinese restaurant in Stoneham is closing. China Moon will shut down around mid-December, as the owners plan to sell the property, according to multiple sources cited by Boston Restaurant Talk.

The restaurant has been in the same family for three generations. It first opened in 1953, serving Chinese-American cuisine, Polynesian drinks and a variety of sushi rolls and shareable platters.

China Moon is located at 170 Main Street on Route 28.
