Stoneham schools reported two new cases of COVID-19 on Thursday, bringing the total number of cases across the district to 235.
STONEHAM, MA – Stoneham schools reported two new cases of COVID-19 on Thursday, bringing the total number of cases across the district to 235.
According to the data, there were two new cases reported at Central Middle School on Thursday. Earlier this week, two new cases were reported at Stoneham High School.
To date, the total number of COVID cases in Stoneham schools are as follows:

- Colonial Park: 25 total cases
- Robin Hood School: 18 total cases
- South School: 23 total cases
- Central Middle School: 64 total cases
- Stoneham High School: 92 total cases
- Remote school: 13 total cases
So far, there have been 71 cases in the district that required contact tracing in school and 164 cases that did not require contact tracing.
As of Thursday afternoon, there are 40 people currently in quarantine. The number of people in quarantine at individual schools are as follows:

- South School: 7 people quarantined
- Central Middle School: 2 people quarantined
- Stoneham High School: 9 people quarantined
